How to use

Use wet or dry.
Apply using a brush or fingers.
For a cleaner application and stronger hold, wet brush with MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY prior to dipping into STAR LIT POWDER.
For water-proof application, wet brush with AQUA SEAL WATERPROOF LIQUID CONVERTER prior to dipping into STAR LIT POWDER.
PRO TIP:Mix with WATERTONE FOUNDATION or MIST & FIX SETTING SPRAY for a custom finish.
